Students assist senior counsels in drafting bail petitions, replies, and agreements for underprivileged litigants in community centers.

Drafting Pleading & Conveyancing

Comprehensive instruction on civil pleadings, petitions under Art. 199, sale deeds, leases, and partnership agreements.

Moot Court Society & Mock Trial Leagues

The MAJLC Moot Court Society is the pride of our campus. Through structured weekly sessions, student teams research legal briefs, write memorials, and argue complex appellate law scenarios in our custom Moot Hall.

Members of the society represent the college in national and international tournaments. Our mock trial leagues are judged by retired justices of the High Courts and prominent trial attorneys, giving students unparalleled feedback.

Society Benefits

  • Research Training: Gain advanced skills in navigating legal databases, tracking case precedents, and structuring legal briefs (memorials).
  • Oral Arguments: Learn the etiquette of addressing the bench, responding to judicial queries, and delivering persuasive rebuttals.
  • Sponsored Travel: The college sponsors all registration and travel costs for teams qualifying for national final rounds.
